Hi, I’m Ruby! I am an illustrator and designer specializing in colorful and expressive creations. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, I received my Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Illustration at Minneapolis College of Art & Design in December 2021. My interests lie in creating surface designs and illustrations for products, and strive to create colorful and unique designs that people interact with on a daily basis and can function as outward expressions of personality and decoration.

I create vector and raster illustrations focused on color and shape, often with vast colorful palettes and thoughtful use of color blocking to depict light and detail. My versatile illustrations are created with use in mind, and it is important to me to create work that can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces and products.

Besides making art, I enjoy traveling, gardening, performing on stage, and going on walks with my dog!
